It

tools we use in making that vision a reality are our specialized
divisions, programs and services.
St.
Andrew's Management Services
St. Andrew's Management Services is a recognized leader in providing
management and consulting services to organizations,
groups, companies and individuals wishing to build, establish and/or
operate senior housing communities.
St.
Andrew's-Associated Senior Housing

Independent
Living (Senior Communities): Designed for independent seniors with amenities that
include dining, housekeeping, maintenance, on-site activities and
special features.

Assisted
Living / Sheltered Care: Full-service apartment communities with
staff who provide assistance with activities of daily living, such
as help with bathing, dressing and medication management.

Nursing
Homes / Skilled Care: Licensed communities that provide skilled
nursing services and 24-hour care under the supervision of licensed
nurses.

Alzheimer's
/ Dementia Special Care: Communities offering specialized care
and accommodations for individuals suffering from Alzheimer's
disease, dementia and other forms of memory loss.
St.
Andrew's At-Home Services
Providing for the needs of older adults and their families by offering
lifestyle options that enhance health and independence.

In-home
supportive and specialty services: Personal care assistance,
skilled nursing care, 24-hour live-in support, massage therapy, meal
preparation, housekeeping, companionship, escorting and
transportation, errand running, home safety assessments, minor home
maintenance and repair.

Geriatric
Care Management:
An experienced eldercare specialist provides evaluations, counsel,
information and referral, and guidance to seniors and their
families, assisting them in dealing with issues of aging, securing
services, and in navigating the maze of services and
programs.

CARE
(Caregivers Access to Resources for Eldercare): Assists St. Louis
caregivers of seniors or those who care for an older person who
lives in St. Louis by helping them locate senior-related community
services, providing geriatric care management advice and counsel,
and assisting them in locating caregiver-related services.

COACH
(Connecting Older Adults with Community Help): Assists aging St.
Louis City residents by involving eldercare specialists who provide counseling and advice while locating beneficial senior-related
community services.

The
Caring Workplace: This "corporate eldercare program"
helps to make senior- and caregiver-related services available
through the caregiver's workplace.

Speakers
Bureau: St. Andrew's experts on aging are available to groups,
organizations and businesses to provide informational presentations
on aging-related issues that affect older adults, their families and
care providers.
Spiritual
Outreach Ministry
This special ministry touches and enhances the spiritual lives of
homebound and senior community residents through visits, an
informational and inspirational newsletter; and by serving as a helpful
resource for clergy and church laity.
Volunteer
Opportunities
St. Andrew's welcomes and appreciates volunteers who provide their time,
expertise and concern at our senior communities and within our programs
and services.
Employment
Opportunities
Currently, more than 1,100 employees are part of the St. Andrew's
